How to Brew (Traditional Method):

  1. Add 1-2 heaping teaspoons of Kaveci per cup into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot).
  2. Add sugar to taste, then pour in cold water (about 3 oz per serving).
  3. Stir well, place over low heat.
  4. When foam rises, remove before boiling over.
  5. Pour slowly into a small cup. Let the grounds settle. Do not stir.

Tradition Tip: Serve with water and something sweet. Enjoy slowly — sohbet is essential.
