How to Brew (Traditional Method):
- Add 1-2 heaping teaspoons of Kaveci per cup into a cezve (Turkish coffee pot).
- Add sugar to taste, then pour in cold water (about 3 oz per serving).
- Stir well, place over low heat.
- When foam rises, remove before boiling over.
- Pour slowly into a small cup. Let the grounds settle. Do not stir.
Tradition Tip: Serve with water and something sweet. Enjoy slowly — sohbet is essential.
